Saturday marks game 15 of 60 for the Dodgers in 2020. While the record sits at a respectable 10-4, and the offense leads all of baseball in a number of offensive categories…
The #Dodgers lead baseball in home runs (26), runs (77), OPS+ (122), slugging (.459) and OPS (.787). They’ve homered in 9 straight games… And they haven’t really even started clicking yet.

…it’s been pretty apparent that the lineup hasn’t quite hit its stride yet. Mookie Betts missed a series in San Diego dealing with a finger issue. The reigning NL MVP is batting .175 as he works through swing adjustments. And America’s Slugger Max Muncy is stumbling out of the gate.
It turns out that Max has been hiding his good reason.
On the pregame broadcast, Max confirmed with Alanna Rizzo that he had been dealing with a broken finger since summer camp.
