Dodgers: Josh Lindblom Connected to LA by Ken Rosenthal (Dodgers Nation)

The Dodgers will be on the hunt for the big fish this offseason, but they very well could find an excellent contingency plan in former Dodger turned KBO star Josh Lindblom. Simply put, there is a lot to like about Lindblom’s approach, arsenal, and body of work overseas. He could be available at a cheaper price than former St. Louis Cardinals import Miles Mikolas and could very well outperform him due to his adherence to analytics.

In a recent column for The Athletic, Ken Rosenthal identified the Dodgers as a team that should pursue Josh Lindblom in free agency for one simple reason: their inclination and reputation to adhere to analytical baseball.

Additionally, Rosenthal claims that Lindblom will be attending the Winter Meetings and will pick a new team to pitch for by December 12. If the Dodgers feel far apart in talks with the pitchers they are currently targeting in the top tier, they could quickly align…
