Injuries have held back the highly regarded outfielder whom scouts have raved about as a five-tool prospect. The 21-year-old broke his wrist in spring training this year, one season after suffering a broken hamate bone. He slashed .237/.297/.383 in 74 games at Single-A Tampa, hitting eight home runs and driving in 38 runs.
P Deivi Garcia
A huge riser this past season, Garcia went from Single-A Tampa to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in 2019, striking out 165 batters over 111.1 innings with a 4.28 ERA. The 20-year-old hurler was selected to the Futures Game at All-Star weekend this year and is seen as one of the premier prospects in the Yankees’ minor league system.
